The in-house process control includes key workstations of contact attachment such as wire striping, tinning, soldering, crimping, IDC termination and wire wrapping. Other in-house key workstations include overmolding, four-color ink stamping, ultrasonic welding, UV curing, epoxy sealing, cord coiling and testing. Yerashine has more than 100 Conveyor Controlled Assembly Lines, therefore, we can provide the most flexible production plan for our customers.
